"My professional relationship with Kelly Keeth goes back fifteen years plus or minus when we were both doing asbestos work. Since that time I can't even count the number of environmental projects we have worked together on.
Our working relationship really started in 1997 on a large and complex mold project with Kelly doing the environmental work for the owner and our company doing the mold remediation. By the time the project ended about a year later I had develop a great deal of respect for the quality of his work and his personal and professional integrity. To me he embodies all the qualities one should be looking for in a consultant.
His understanding of construction is certainly a plus, it is by no means what I feel makes Kelly exceptionally good at his job. Probably the thing that most stands out is his ability to take the most practical approach possible to resolving the issue, always keeping in mind what the clients needs even when the client really doesn't know what they need. This combined with a willingness to state his opinion on an issue and stand behind it, not change his position on a matter based on whom he is talking to and be consistent in the result he expects all combine to make working with kelly something I always look forward to.
If I were to rate his work with the other 30 or more environmental consultants I deal with on a regular bases he would on a par with the top three or four."

I want to thank you again for your assistance in providing information to our staff about the air quality in our City Hall building. Your presentation was excellent. Based on the feedback I've heard, it was very well received by our employees. I appreciate your ability to effectively communicate the test results in a context that is most helpful to those working in the building. You provided much needed reassurance to the staff.

With respect to Indoor Air Quality work, the success of an Indoor Air Quality Investigation depends on two primary variables;
1) Experience of the investigator, and
2) Reliable equipment that provides valid and useful information while minimizing costs.
Succeed offers both.
Many indoor air quality evaluations are successfully resolved based on findings made during a thorough building investigation. The success of these investigations often depends on the investigator having the right knowledge and experience as well as the right tool for the job. At Succeed we don't believe in taking samples first and asking questions later, we strive to maintain project integrity with a minimal amount of analytical costs to maximize the benefits for our clients. No matter what IAQ issue you face, Succeed can help.
